Mentoring

ND Works CEO Kate Lynn founded the company when she discovered that unemployment rates for university-educated ND adults are as high as 86%.

Kate firmly believes that everyone can find success in the right role and in the right environment.  Kate’s mentoring clients get the benefits of her remarkable skills as a business owner, consultant, employer, coach, and parent of a college graduate ND daughter.

While all ND adults can benefit from her expertise and wisdom, Kate is especially passionate about working with clients who, like her, received a late-life diagnosis and who have spent years struggling to find where they fit in.

Kate works with clients from diverse backgrounds and employment histories,  and has particular expertise in helping people find non-traditional and remote employment.

Kate’s ability to assess social and skill barriers in neurodivergent individuals and help them identify a clear, sustainable career path is her super power.  Why not put it to work for you with one-on-one personal mentorship?

Peer Groups

Online peer groups for neurodivergent adults

Peer groups provide a welcoming and supportive platform for ND adults to come together and exchange insights, strategies, encouragement, and to share their journeys.

Facilitated by trained professionals, these groups foster a sense of belonging, camaraderie, and understanding.

Empower yourself by connecting with others who share similar experiences, challenges, and triumphs, and discover the strength that comes from a community dedicated to the success of neurodivergent individuals.
